Design and arrange experiments independently about stable cell line development

Construct expression plasmid using the expression vector and express protein in mammalian system

Exploring cell line generation, screening and subcloning

稳定细胞株的制备、筛选和亚克隆

Hands-on experience in antibody technology lab work such as cell culture, FACS and protein purification is highly preferred

Collect and summarize experimental results,

任职条件:

Job Requirement:

M.S. degree in antibody technology, cell biology, molecular biology or B.S. with antibody-related experience is required.

要求具有抗体技术、细胞生物学、分子生物学研究背景的理科硕士学历或具有相关抗体制备工作经验的理科学士学历

Independently design and execute relatively sophisticated experiments, the design of which should be systematic and reasonable

能够独立设计具备一定复杂程度的实验，并在实验设计上具备一定系统性&合理性， 并在基础上可以操作

Independently interpret the more complex database and draw the effective conclusion for the experiments, Present it in the cross-function for integration and discussion.

能够独立完成数据的分析，甚至对部分比较复杂的数据也可以进行分析，并得出有效实验结论，能够在跨部门合作中对数据结果进行解读和讨论。

Keep good record of work per the company policy, and prepare technical reports as needed;

根据公司规定,记录实验，并作常规工作报告

Independently resolve the routine issue
