职位描述:

1. Assist in compliance program development, including risk analysis, policies and procedures

2. Assist in implementation of compliance programs across the company

3. Work with business team to provide compliance advice on business initiatives in a manner that is in consistency with company compliance requirements

4. Assist in development and implementation compliance communications and trainings programs

5. Work closely with internal audit and other stakeholders in compliance programs monitoring

6. Conduct investigations as needed, of potential violations of company policies and laws, in addition to agree on proper corrective actions if required

任职条件:

1. Bachelor or master degree in finance/accounting/law/economics

2. 6+ years work experience in legal/compliance field, preferably in MNCs or accounting/law firms

3. Healthcare industry background a must

4. Good communication skills, fluent in English
