职位描述:

1、Incharge of overseas entities’ booking and reporting , ensure timely and accurately recording of accounting activities for oversea entities;

2、Ensure timely and accurately recording accounting activities for fix assets/deferred expense/intangible assets

3、Incharge of payments for Huilianyi Reimbursement System to make sure payments accurately and timely

4、Handle auditing issues to provide timely and accurate accounting data and documents to auditors

5、Other work assigned by team leader

任职条件:

Experience in Shared Service Center is preferred

1、SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is preferred

2、2+ years GL experience and excellent English are preferred

3、Excellent analytical skills, logical thinking, sensitive on figures, and detail oriented;

4、Good communication skills, and Good skills of Microsoft office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

5、Ability to deliver reliable, accurate results-even under time pressure, Flexibility in work time.
